Frequently Asked Questions

Here, you can find our most commonly asked questions. For more detailed questions about personal orders and timing, please reach out directly. Please see the confidentiality notice at the bottom. 

1. Do you offer refunds?

  • No, we do not offer refunds for a finished product once payment is received. See the “How do I pay” question for more details.

2. What types of images can you edit?

  • We can edit a myriad of different images, including selfies, group photos, facial closeups, and photobombs. Currently, we do not edit videos, gifs, or audio.

3. What is a general overview of how this service works?

  • Please send us an email explaining the nature of your project and letting us know if you have any additional requests.

  • We will get back to you with a quote.

  • You agree or disagree.

    • If you agree, send the pictures to Dropbox. A link will be provided at your convenience.

  • We will edit the pictures to your liking.

  • Within 3 days, we send you a link containing a watermarked version awaiting your approval.

  • Once you approve and pay, the pictures will be sent as soon as payment is received. They will be in a folder with your name.

4. What are your rates or pricing?

  • Pricing is based on the number of pictures requested. The maximum number of photos per project is 20.

  • There are three packages to select from: Basic, Standard, and Elite. Basic is $7.50, Standard is $12.50, and Elite is $17.50.

  • For an additional service (more than one), a charge of $1.50 will be added to the project.

  • If delivery is needed within 24 hours, one can pay a $10 rush fee.

5. How do I pay securely?

  • Payment is due after a project is completed. A finished watermarked version will be sent to you for approval. Once you are satisfied with the edits, we will send the bill. Once payment is received, the finished photos will be sent in a folder.

  • Payment will be on Square, an encrypted, secure payment processor. All forms of payment are accepted (AMEX, Visa, Google Pay, etc.)

6. Do I have to make an account?

  • No. Reach out via the contact form for a quote, and we will get back to you in 24 hours to discuss the nature of your project. Prices for our services can be seen on the first page and are based off the number of photos requested.

7. What if a project is late?

  • You will be notified with whatever method of communication you previously used. It will not be late if you pay for a rushed project.

8. How can I reach customer support?

  • Use the contact form or email us directly for customer support. You can also get to know NOVA, our AI assistant which can help with more basic questions.

At Elite Edits, your privacy is valued. All images sent in for editing purposes will be kept private and not shared with anyone else unless given permission to do so. Pictures will be edited in private spaces, not in public. Your photos will not be shared or stored and will be deleted after the completion of a project.

Exceptions to this rule include if one sends in an image that is explicit (pornographic or vulgar), an image intended to spread hate in any form, or an image that is copyrighted. If such is proposed, we will not accept any proposals.

 

We do not distort anyone or edit pictures for humorous content (memes). Please do not reach out with such inquiries. Our edits are meant to enhance people's photographs for their well-being. Our focus is only on background changes, removing blemishes, colorizing photos, and removing photobombs.
